- Checks received after 12/15/2018 will accrue a late fee regardless of postmark date.
- Unpaid reservations will be deleted by 1/11/2019 to create a final schedule.
Team Cup Format and Rules:
- Ages 14-19, will compete under Level 10 competition rules
- 6 men team, 5 competing, 4 scores count for Team Ranking
- All Around Rankings and Event Rankings are Separated as:
- All Around awards among the athletes who competed for Team Cup.
- All Around awards among the athletes who did not compete for Team Cup.
